Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Dews Market marketplace, operated by Dew Farms & Foods Integrated Ltd.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we accept it. Fresh produce quantities can vary slightly by weight; we always pack fairly. Pre-orders are fulfilled from the referenced harvest — if a harvest falls short, we will contact you to adjust or refund the difference.

Payment

Payment is due on delivery unless your account has approved credit terms, in which case the invoice due date applies. Overdue accounts may be paused until settled.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge while it is still pending. Once we start preparing it, call us and we'll do our best.

Quality

Not happy with what arrived? Tell the driver or contact us within 24 hours and we'll replace it or credit you.

This is a placeholder agreement for the pilot phase. Have it reviewed by counsel before public launch.
